Several codegen plugins have a dependency on org.eclipse.papyrus.umlrt. These should be replaced by org.eclipse.papyrusrt.umlrt.profile.

I removed all dependencies to the old profile. The code generator now depends only on org.eclipse.papyrusrt.umlrt.profile.

This profile is now included in the category that goes to our nightly update site.
