https://www.eclipse.org/gef/downloads.php shows multiple 3.10.1 Milestone Builds none of them with an obvious M1 suffix.

Surely there is only one and is it one of the three?

The three milestone builds are indeed correct. According to our release plan, these are M1, M2, and RC1. 

However, it seems the release label suffix (i.e. "M1", "M2", "RC1") did not get applied to the zip files properly (and thus these are not shown on the downloads page either). Seems to be a regression introduced when migrating to the HIPP infrastructure (see bug #471151).

Adjused publish scripts for GEF and GEF4. Promoted to gef4 origin/master as well as gef origin/master and origin/R3_10_maintenance. Re-promoted the drop files for all three milestones of gef and gef4. Resolving as fixed in 3.10.1RC2.
