dashboard.eclipse.org has been down for about a week now. Since the dashboard, AFAIU, is serving only static files, it would be nice to host the dashboard on a "standard" server, separate from the one that computes the metrics (and which seems to regularly crash).

This was reported long enough ago that I think we can close it.

The dashboard is currently down (again), but I think that I'd like to address it with Bug 511493.
