Description Marc-André Laperle CLA 2015-08-12 22:42:47 EDT
Using Eclipse I20150811-1400
Ubuntu 15.04 GTK2 and GTK3

1. Open any text editor
2. Open the Find/Replace dialog (Ctrl-F)
3. Resize the dialog vertically so that not all the option buttons are visible
4. Close the dialog and open again: the dialog is not initialized to the minimum vertical size so the bottom option buttons are not visible.

Looking at the code, the preferred (minimum) size is only applied when the width is smaller than the last size (dialog settings).

This is by design, so that people who always use the same options can work with a smaller dialog.
