Can't see the text when hovering

1) Open a new javasccript file
2) type 'var a = 12 == 'fred';" (you should get a warning icon on the left)
4) hover over 'Update operator'
4) BUG: You can't see the text

I fixed this issue in WebIDE, not causing problems in Orion.
