Now that Orion is classified under "ECD" instead of "Eclipse", we need to fix up the product descriptions so that people can figure out the correct place to file Orion bugs.

i.e. on the following 3 pages:

https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/enter_bug.cgi?classification=Eclipse
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/enter_bug.cgi?classification=ECD

- remove "Orion" from the Eclipse product description:
"Eclipse: The Eclipse Project - Eclipse SDK and Platform, SWT, RCP, JDT, PDE: http://www.eclipse.org/eclipse/"

- add something like the following to the ECD product description:
"ECD: Eclipse Cloud Developement - Dirigible, Orion"

(There may also be other pages affected by the move that should be fixed up too).

Updated the ECD description field to include all ECD products including Orion.
