Is there any reason we cannot get rid of all the versions of jslint in the /lib folder (and probably the /lib folder itself)?

Ask Simon - he did some archaeology to dig up these old versions of JSLint, and he might still want them around. Granted, the Orion repo is not the best place for them.

Chatted with Simon, and he indicated it was fine to remove it.
