My Mac`s OS version was 10.11 Beta (15A225f) and my Eclipse version was Mars.
But the Mars can not use in de new OS. please fix it soon.

This is fixed in Mac OSX 10.11 developer beta 4 and Public Beta 2. Please update the OS and try running Eclipse.
