Description Eclipse Webmaster

Right now if projects want a new repo they either need to contact webmaster or login via ssh.

Why don't we add a service to the PMI to allow project committers to use the web UI to request an new repo and then we can just queue it up and go from there.

This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet.

FWIW, GitHub and GitLab self-serve repos work by adding them to the PMI and waiting for the sync script to create them via API. But there are no plans to make this work with Gerrit.
