The page titles in the breadcrumb only get shortens when it's on the third level.

For example
Home / Community / Page title...

Home / Community / Eclipse Newsletter / This title is way too big and would need ellipses

It would be a good idea to apply the same logic that gets applied on third level items but for the last item available on the breadcrumb. That way if the breadcrumb contains 8 levels of items, the last one (which would be the title) will be shortened if it's too big.
