Hello,
as I checked for now - Eclipse mars doesn't work with Mac OS X El Capitan.
Possibly problem:
org.eclipse.m2e.logback.configuration: The org.eclipse.m2e.logback.configuration bundle was activated before the state location was initialized.  Will retry after the state location is initialized.

In UI can see that eclipse getting into a loop and not responding on the loading logo/in the workspace selection.
