I'm not seeing this both in my host orion.eclipse.org and my client running on master.  Could be related to Bug 470922 changes.

I don't see it now either, so it's either fixed or there were some steps that led up to this that I can't figure out now.  So closing report as WORKSFORME, will re-open if I see it again.
