Similar to bug 470922 when the user has the local editor settings menu (wrench) open, there should be a way for the users to get to the rest of the editor settings.  Only a small subset ofsettings are shown on the menu by default.

We can also do something similar under the styles setting, provide an option that redirected them to theme settings where they can customize the colors.

Adds a new option under the styles - Custom Style... that opens the styles setting page
Adds a link at the bottom of the menu to open the editor settings.
