What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. When I try to export my product E4 I get this problem with the featured.
2. I do have the feature at my repository because I'm using a "eclipse-4.4.2-delta-pack".
3. Trying to export to win32 and win32_64.
4. I have a similar product based on plug-in where I don't get this error, but of course at there I put all the plug-ins and not the features and works fine. Anyway I need a feature based product for get a p2 update.

Currently we are not actively enhancing PDE build anymore. Therefore, I close this bug as WONTFIX. 

Please reopen, if you plan to provide a fix.
