Test org.eclipse.objectteams.otdt.tests.otjld.callinbinding.CallinMethodBinding.test4146_callinToConstructor4() fails under OTDRE.

Since this test case specifically tests a constructor with early exit, I assume that we are simply not weaving the callin into all possible exits.
