Unlike every other Eclipse mailing list, eclipse.org-committers doesn't include the "Reply-To: <eclipse.org-committers@eclipse.org>" header.

This is intentional.  As the list description states: To reduce noise on the list, an alternate, opt-in channel (such as a bug, or a forum thread) must be suggested for follow-up discussion.

Since eclipse.org-committers is not an opt-in mailing list (unlike others) we are trying to keeping noise down.
