Currently the syntax validation is available only for manifest.yml file. It should be available in all yaml files.

Wojciech you wrote the current syntax validation right?  And if so, were you planning to extend its use to all .yaml files?  Or are you looking for someone else to now that your squad has changed?  Where does the code that validates manifest.ymls live?
