For the sake of consistency we should renamed the Cloudio Activator to comply with the naming used in the other GEF4 bundles.

Pushed the following changes to origin/master:
- Renamed org.eclipse.gef4.cloudio.ui.Activator to org.eclipse.cloudio.ui.CloudioUiBundle.
- Adjusted version of bundles and features to 0.2.0.

I also updated the new and noteworthy to document the API change. Resolving as fixed in 3.10.1 M2.
