I frequently browse open source projects using HTML frontends to CVS. 

It would be really neat to have the CDT drive these CVS browsing engines to 
provide all the annotations, tooltips, links, etc.

This will only work for Java files then. And IMO this isn't the scope of JDT.
Depends on overall 3.0 planning, but I am pretty sure that this will not 
happen for 3.0 without external help.

As of now 'LATER' and 'REMIND' resolutions are no longer supported.
