When initiating a rotate operation via Ctrl on a corner handle, within Zest.FX no rotate cursor is shown (as in the MVC logo example).

I added corresponding CursorBehavior and cursor provider (ZestFxCursorProvider) bindings for handle parts to the ZestFxModule. The code is published on the master branch, therefore, I resolve this ticket as fixed for 3.10.0RC1.
