The GEF4 DOT component needs some polishing w.r.t. to javadoc and user/developer documentation within the wiki. 

W.r.t. wiki documentation, I have already updated most of the text and added a screenshot of the DOT editor as it currently looks like. However, the screenshots for the DOT Graph view still show the old 'Zest Graph' view and should probably be updated/replaced.

Fixed o.e.g4.dot.doc feature did not bundle o.e.g4.dot.doc bundle.

Having fixed #468158 (displaying of embedded DOT in DOT Graph view broken), I updated the wiki doc, so it is now up-to-date. What remains is to add class diagrams and to complete the javadoc.

I uploaded a class diagram for the DOT root package, the wiki documentation is now concise. What remains to be done is to add javadoc for the DotProperties class.

I added the remaining javadoc to DotProperties. Therefore, I resolve this ticket as fixed for 3.10.0RC3.
