Workbench Demo -> Preferences Dialog
Controls Demo -> Combo Tab 
There was a special hardcoded "thin" border before which was used when inset/outset border is specified in CSS. Now the inset/outset border is rendered directly (as it is valid border). Especially in IE it looks weird - too fat and black. We need to adjust the separator default themeing.
