If the Tab key is pressed at the beginning of a line of java code then the
editor will flash.  This only happens under the following condiditions.

1.  The java editor has been scrolled away from the top of the file
2.  The cursor is somewhere between the beginning of the line and the first
non-whitespace character.
3.  SmartInsert mode is currently on
