QuickAccessDialogTests #testOpenByCommand and #testShowAll assume the SearchField's shell is the shell of the dialog.

These tests are not currently being run as part of the build.

This was probably fixed some time ago, because https://download.eclipse.org/eclipse/downloads/drops4/I20190811-1800/testresults/html/org.eclipse.ui.tests_ep413I-unit-cen64-gtk3-java8_linux.gtk.x86_64_8.0.html shows those tests are running.
