Tern 0.12.0 is no the latest version. Lets see if we can quickly get approval to update to that version instead.

I updated Orion to Tern 0.10.0 while we wait for 0.12.0 to be approved.

I opened bug 473111 for the update to 0.12.0.

All unit tests and smoke testing passes:
