In: orion/editor/stylers/application_javascript/syntax

'this' is not defined as a keyword, and therefore does not show up in content assist. It should be.

It's not there because it's not styled as a keyword, but adding it to the list of returned keywords is fine.  I didn't know that tooling (or anyone) was actually using that keywords list.
