The SimRel aggregator has moved to Java 7, which cannot pack all Java 5 bundles. The org.eclipse.ocl....pack.gz is therefore deliberately missing.

The infrastructure has moved back to Java 6 so there is an option to re-instate provided we use Java 6 for our own packing.

Bug 572316 moves on to a post Java 14 world where pack200 is a no-op.
