In calls like http://localhost:8082/cc/cfapi/plans/cc/file/simongood-OrionContent/simongood%20%7C%20bluemix-node-mysql-uploader-simongood-131/app/manifest_v1.yml the real manifest name is ignored and it always defaults to manifest.yml.
