It would be nice if it was possible to have subprojects within a parent project.

An example of this would be a project for a web-app, and a project for the EJB 
that is used by it. Having lots of separate projects makes it a bit harder to 
manage them, but certain tools (such as Struts Studio and Lomboz) expect the 
user to be able to work in a separate project.
