Follow up of bug 463706 to handle the org.apache.felix.resolver package.

We can significantly reduce the number of warnings produced by the org.apache.felix.resolver package if it was moved to a separate source folder that has the "Ignore optional compile problems" option enabled. Gerrit change is coming...
