The New Model Wizard has an inconsistent convention for the labelling of diagram types.  In particular, for the UML diagrams, the Class, Inner Class, and Package diagram types are prefixed by the string "UML".  This has two problems:

* the text "UML" is redundant with the selection made in the previous
  page of a "UML" model kind
* the "UML" prefix puts these diagram labels out of order in the alphabetical
  sorting of the list.  Class diagrams end up near the end of the list!
