Create the Graphical Interface to display Labels and Properties to override the CSS. 5a. Create the graphical user interface into the Appearence Tab 5b. Add the selection tree with appropriate collumn 5c. Add combo box with QN choices 5d. Add Tree commands to Expand / Collapse 5e. Add Tree commands to Select All / Deselect All 5f. Add Management rules (to be defined )
