What you see after on step 7

1. Go to http://eclipsecolorthemes.org/
2. Pick any theme you like
3. Click on "Eclipse Color Theme (XML)" to download a theme
4. Drag and drop the theme into the import theme dialog
5. Importing succeeds, but no new theme is added
6. Refresh the page
7. Theme shows up in the list of themes, but none of the color values are there
