I don't see a CLA on file for your @incquerylabs address, but I do see one that looks right for a @hotmail account. Did you sign up and then change your address? -M. I have signed the CLA with the hotmail address, then I have invalidated the CLA, changed the address and then signed an other CLA with the new address.
