On startup, if an Orion server does not have MQTT message broker properties, you get the warning:

2015-03-20 15:08:39.117 [Component Resolve Thread (Bundle 36)] WARN  org.eclipse.orion.server.config - No MQTT message broker specified in the orion.conf with orion.events.uri

It would be more useful to remove the default warning and replace with an INFO message for servers that do have the properties to see that things are configured.

We already have the INFO Using MQTT message broker at {serverURI}. So just remove the warning with commit:
