With the lastest SDK changes, the layoutlib-api has been changed to support API 22.  We need to update our version that is in the org.eclipse.andmore.base lib folder to use the newer version.  Will need to update the code and the jar from the platform_sdk repository.

Updating priority to P1.  This is needed to work with API 22 for the layouts in the graphical editor.
