If I hide the toolbar with Window->Hide Toolbar and then lose and gain main window focus, the toolbar returns.

Steps to reproduct:
* Go to Window->Hide Toolbar
* Observe the toolbar disappears, as expected
* Alt-tab away
* Alt-tab back
* Observe the toolbar comes back.
* Go to 'Window->' and note that the menu thinks the toolbar is hidden as the option is "Show Toolbar". If you select this, nothing happens. A subsequent click on "Window->" will then correctly show "Hide Toolbar"

Due to other issues I'm running with:

export SWT_GTK3=0

should that be important.
