The Recent Activity section on the Project Activity page is empty.  https://eclipse.org/projects/project_activity.php  

I am not sure what is suppose to be listed here but it shouldn't be empty.

I think that we can get an easy win by displaying a list of project/proposal/release nodes that have recently added or changed (across the forges, of course). Proposal changes should only be shown for proposals in "community review" state.

Or we can just remove the section. Though, I think that I'd prefer the former.

Ping, it would be nice to fix this Project Activity page. 

Some suggestions:
- The New Project Proposal and Upcoming Reviews section should have a 'Show More' link to see the history. ex. https://www.eclipse.org/projects/tools/proposals.php 

I was going to point to https://www.eclipse.org/projects/previous-release-reviews.php but this page seems broken.

- I think we need to delete the 'recent activity' section.

- The rss feed to the upcoming reviews doesn't seem to work.

I've included "Show all proposals|reviews..." at the bottom of each list.

This page now redirects to https://www.eclipse.org/projects/tools/reviews.php

I decided to fix it to show the last month's worth of complete reviews.
