https://git.eclipse.org/r/osee/org.eclipse.osee has stopped triggering hudson builds. 

---We have made sure our configurations have not changed.  
---Our OSEE hudson instance was restarted 

We still are not triggering.

Please help troubleshoot this. Could there be a permissions/configuration issue with org.eclipse gerrit?
