- hovering over the various buttons in the run bar, for some buttons the cursor stays as an arrow while for others it changes to a hand
- the ones that become hands are links, while the ones that don't are not links
- these should all have hand cursors in order to be consistent with the other buttons in the page

Silenio, who can work on RunBar now? This seems to be a trivial fix, so someone new could take a look.
