This is with 3.0M4
I can customize my colors to have a dark background, and change my foreground
colors to lighter ones so they show up on the dark background in the editor.
However, if a SRC popup shows up (ctrl hover or quickdiff hover), then I end up
with a light colored popup with light colored code higlighting, which is pretty
much unreadable.

If I had some way to customize the colors of popups (more specifically popups
that show higlighted src), then this would not be an issue.
