High Contrast tabs text unviewable

Putting Windows 7 in High Contrast mode, the View titles are washed out so as to be unusable by even a sighted person (ie: unreadable.)

 
High Contrast:  Control Panel -> Ease of Access -> Optimize visual display -> Turn on high contrast with 'left Alt + left Shift + PRINT SCREEN'
