Support for the "nls" property on services has been removed in Orion 8.0. We need to go through the API docs on the Orion wiki and remove all references to "nls" and related properties (nameKey, descriptionKey, tooltipKey, etc).

The wiki page about best practices for i18n also needs to be updated.
