Is this completed? The new stable build is not available as a download, yet.
If this is done, I would like to split the repositories.

You're right, it's not done yet.  I'll make the changes this afternoon and it should be available late this evening/early tomorrow morning (EST).

Wim, there are no more builds of e4 tools until after the move.  I can't see your commit hurting anything, but you'll have to check to make sure it's there post move.

Jonas, I've created the 0.17 stable build and tagged the repos involved with S0_17
