I've initiated the provisioning process. 

I noticed that the email addresses provided in the proposal for Jacques and Francois did not match the email addresses in our database, so I changed them to the gmail addresses we have on file. Requests for committer paperwork requirements will have been sent to those gmail addresses. 

After provisioning is complete, you can change these if you'd like via https://dev.eclipse.org/site_login/myaccount.php

The project page has been created; Jacques should have edit permission on the project record.
