In Sirius, it is possible to enable the profiler (preference Sirius/Profiling). But there is no way to know how much time is passed in the RefreshLayoutCommand [1] and how many time it is called, because this class is not "configured" to be profiled.

The goal of this issue is to add a new ProfilerTask [2] for this command.
