I'm breaking apart pieces from Bug 45443....

Would it be possible to have 'Tab'/'Shift+Tab' as a default keybinding for at
least the Java editor?

This would be too disturbing. Lots of people allign their code (e.g. arguments)
using tabs. They would all be broken.

You can change it if you prefer it that way.
