I've created a new repo to hold the launchbar. Could I get the Gerrit permissions set up to be the same as cdt/org.eclipse.cdt? Thanks!

Ok I've given the org.eclipse.launchbar.git repo to Gerrit and have given it the same permissions as org.eclipse.cdt.  You'll need to use the Gerrit URLs in order to push code:

ssh://committer_id@git.eclipse.org:29418/cdt/org.eclipse.launchbar
https://committer_id@git.eclipse.org/r/cdt/org.eclipse.launchbar
