Hi

I want to push the remaining branches from SVN to Git. To be able to do that, I need to push commits not committed by me.

Please allow me to forge the committer identity to the repositories

 - scout/org.eclipse.scout-aggregator
 - scout/org.eclipse.scout.rt
 - scout/org.eclipse.scout.sdk
 - scout/scout.rt.incubator

Thanks, for the branches (refs/heads/*) it works but I also need it for the tags (refs/tags/*).
