Create an empty folder /serverworkspace/em/emptyuser.

The server will archive (move) the empty user folder to serverworkspace/.archive/em/emptyuser.

The server then also sees the empty organizational folder /serverworkspace/em, which it also tries to archive (move).

This operation fails as serverworkspace/.archive/em already exists.

In this case the empty /serverworkspace/em sticks around, resulting in multiple archive message in the logs.
